How do we achieve these goals?
We will agree a programme with mini targets along the way. Our programme may involve works with:
Pilates and Yoga based movements
Resistance work and core based exercises using BOSU ball, stability ball, weights and bands.
Cardiovascular work using walking, running, swimming and/or cycling.
Nutritional and Weight Management using food diaries and meal plans.
How will we measure these goals?
We can measure your goals regularly using a variety of equipment, however you are the best judge when it comes to how you are feeling.
You will be the first to know that your cloths feel looser, you don't get out of breath so easy, you feel energised and then other people will start to comment on the changes!
How much will it cost?
A one hour initial consultation and fitness review £25.00
Each one hour session thereafter £20.00
We encourage you to book a course of five sessions to secure commitment to the programme; booking ten sessions from the outset will entitle you to a 15% discount.
Can I bring a friend? Yes you can, your friend would have to pay for their own initial consultation and we would need to agree a compatible programme and costs.
